Job Purpose
This role is responsible for developing, leading and managing the entire hotel segment within the OSN B2B portfolio. To lead and accelerate execution of the strategy and achieve sales targets within a designated region (MENA).
Responsibilities:
- Define the future requirements of the hotel industry in the region for in room entertainment. What role can OSN play in the guest experience How can it differentiate itself
- Identify and establish working relationships with, and access to, the decision makers within the hotels segment at both the HQ and Local level (international Brands / local franchisee).
- Identification and development of aggregators / distributors / OEM's as accelerators to deliver the hotel business objectives (new sales and renewals targets).
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve agreed market penetration, revenue targets, and product development in each of the target markets within the assigned geography which is all of MENA.
- Manage the existing hotels business that is facilitated through Telcos (Evision, du)
- Develop Hotels business through other Telcos in the region (STC, Zain, Ooredoo, Mobily, Orange etc.)
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills requirements
Education requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience required:
- 4 yrs minimum business experience with at least 2 years spent in a sales management capacity with budget responsibility.
- Key Account management experience
- Worked in MENA with established networks in any hospitality, telco, system aggregators.
- Multi-national experience preferred.
