Responsibilities:
Work with management on building a long term and short terms strategic plans for the company.
Setup Business Development plan for the upcoming 3 years.
Work on developing the companys Brand name regionally.
Identify new Localization, Translation and Subtitling opportunities in the GCC in general and KSA and UAE in particular.
Head the Business Development Department in both KSA and UAE, with flexibility to travel between both countries.
Help hire junior sales executives in both KSA and UAE.
Supervise new hires and have them reporting to you.
Develop new relationships to help grow markets share.
Source and close new deals through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
Manage each phase of the sales process from open to close.
Create proposals, manage, and control pricing and contractual issues.
Maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering superior service.
Ability to identify, qualify and act on prospect leads.
Package offered:
Monthly Allowance: One Thousand Dirhams to cover transportation and any other logistics required.
If Travel is required by the company, it shall cover al travel, hotel and transport expenses, in addition to Per Diem of US$100
