Job Title: Business Development Engineer

Position Reports to: Business Development Manager

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

SUMMARY: Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum solutions are provided according to market and client demands. Maintains renewals in various undertakings and maintains an up-to-date database.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzes potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities
  • Establishes a customer base and manages client relations in support of continuity and expansion of various opportunities
  • Ensures a robust database to ensure optimum standing of renewals
  • Provides support to the marketing team, by suggesting enhancements to company's products and services
  • Prepares presentations, proposals, and various sales tools to develop and grow the business
  • Develops and participates in campaigns and other activities that aid in increasing the recognition of the company.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Preferred to be FMP, CEM, and/or CMVP certified
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

EXPERIENCE: Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range and number of tasks
  • Attention to detail.
