Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
6. Assist in the development of proposals and contracts.
7. Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree/MBA in a relevant field.
3. Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
