Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to reach new clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our business reach.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong HORECA client relationships in hygiene & cleaning sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
