We are seeking an energetic and seasoned Business Development Executive to join our Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess a strong expertise in sales closure techniques, a demonstrated history of success in business development, and a genuine passion for driving growth.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Identify and target new business opportunities in the UAE market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Generate a specific number of qualified leads per month.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
Should be very strong in solution selling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in Arabic and additional languages is required.
Preferred from Egypt /North Africa/ Iran/ Albanian / Syrian / Russian / Philippines /European/ Asian
Ready to join immediately.
A minimum of 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the UAE market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
