Job Description:We're looking for a motivated and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto join our team! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
- Conduct proactive outreach, including sales calls and email campaigns, to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs and objectives, offering tailored digital marketing solutions to achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:- Residency:Must be based in the UAE.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:Minimum of1 yearin sales, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities:- This role is commission-only during the initial 60-day period.
- After 60 days, a performance review will determine the opportunity for a full-time salaried position.
