Responsibilities
- Use entrepreneurial skills to develop a sales strategy and represent the Company in the industry
- Develop the sales pipeline with our existing and new clients for Roasted and Green Coffee, Caf consumables, equipment, and other beverages
- Analyse customer requirement
- Prepare proposals and quotations for customers
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed targets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- An entrepreneurial flair with a true passion for coffee and beverages
- Experience in HORECA sector
- Demonstrable track record of sales in HORECA category.
- Experience in negotiating commercial terms with customers
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and maintain focus
- Strong influencing and analytical skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to follow through
- Experience of partnering with distributors and partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Experience using CRM systems
- MS Office
- Arabic is Mandatory for this role.
