The ideal candidate provides sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads via phone calls and emails. Besides, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and build a market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Description
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure that they are retained
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients Maintaining client activities in CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business administration.
- Proficiency in all four English language skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
- Presentation and pitching skills.
- Experience in IT services company
