Business Development Executive- Financial Services

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing within the service industry, with knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting principles. The candidate should also be skilled in digital marketing, lead generation, and hold a valid UAE driving license.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and target potential clients for accounting and bookkeeping services.

Build a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and online marketing.

• Develop strong relationships with prospective clients.

Sales & Marketing:

• Create and implement sales strategies to meet business goals.

Work with the marketing team on digital campaigns.

• Present our services to potential clients through meetings and presentations.

Client Management:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and support.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

• Share insights with the team to improve services and strategies.

Compliance & Education:

• Keep up-to-date with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting regulations.

Educate clients on compliance and the benefits of proper accounting practices.

• Reporting:

Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Provide regular updates on business development progress.

• Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Marketing.

Certifications in VAT, Corporate Tax, or Accounting are a plus.

• Experience:

Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, especially in the service industry.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.

Proven success in lead generation and client acquisition.

• Skills:

Understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting basics.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Good organizational skills and time management.

Other Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license.

Willingness to travel within the UAE.
