Business Development Executive

Must have background:

1. This position requires a minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.

2. This position requires candidates to have experience in Dubai.

Must have Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in Dubai
• Fluent English
• Microsoft Office
• Project Logistics/ Off-shore Logistics experience an advantage - knowledge of freight products - AIR/SEA/Land Shipments / Warehousing / NVOCC/BreakBulk shipments.

Job Description:

- Acquire and develop new customer accounts for freight forwarding

- Exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies

- Convert sales leads into profitable business opportunities

- Maintain detailed customer records and conduct regular visits for service validation

- Negotiate pricing to optimize profitability

- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers

- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams

- Promote company products and services across departments

- Participate actively in business development through market insights and sales meetings

- Follow up with clients to resolve outstanding issues
