Livin'Holidays is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Holiday Homes Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring holiday properties to expand our portfolio. This role requires a keen understanding of the vacation rental market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Acquisition: Identify and engage potential property owners to secure holiday homes for our rental portfolio.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive offerings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new property listings.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners to maximize profitability while ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties and effective promotion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, property acquisition progress, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Holiday home industry.
- Strong understanding of the holiday rental market and property management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license
