Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Demonstrate expertise in LCL/FCL and 3PL logistics, including handling AIR/ROAD/SEA cargo.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics operations.
Foster positive and lasting customer relationships through consistent interaction.
Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize logistics costs.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
Oversee logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities.
Efficiently organize warehouse operations, including goods labeling, route planning, and shipment processing.
Promptly address and resolve any logistics-related issues or customer complaints.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
