Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with new business development and lead generation. They will also be responsible for account management and effective communication with clients. This role requires the ability to work closely with the business team to identify new opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Account management experience
• Experience in the safety training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of safety training programs is beneficial
• The job requirement specifies proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, English, and Tamil.
