Job Description: Medvarsity Online Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry and a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and P&L involvement. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, meeting potential clients in person, and contributing to the company's overall profitability. Experience in Continuing Medical Education (CME) Handling is essential.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Hunting and Farming new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Client Meetings: Meeting with Pharma Industries for Sponsorship of CME's, Medical Conference
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): Leverage experience in CME to develop and expand educational programs and partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Understanding Current Market Demand and Planning the Sales Strategy
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing Clients retaining them and generating more business.
- Target and Sales: Should be able to chase the sales Target Month on Month and Achieve the Sales Target
- Sales Strategies: Cold Calling, Lead Generation Building a Network through Social Networks, and creating a Pipeline
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years for BDE and 5-8 years for BDM of experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
- Exposure to CME events and conferences will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and successfully closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
- Experience with Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
Salary :- BDE: 6k-8k AED per month
- BDM: 16K - 20K AED per month
