We are a leading firm specializing in Engineering and Construction Claims and Arbitration, offering expert advisory services to clients involved in complex disputes. Our team is composed of seasoned professionals who guide clients through the intricacies of claims management, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a background in the construction or legal industry, preferably with experience in claims and arbitration services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Actively research and pursue potential clients within the engineering, construction, and legal sectors.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure long-term engagement by providing excellent service.

Proposal Writing and Presentations: Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitch materials to potential clients, showcasing the firm's expertise in claims management and arbitration.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, and use this data to inform business strategy.

Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and establish the firms presence in the market.

Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and legal teams to ensure that client needs are met and project delivery aligns with expectations.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities, including lead generation, business pipeline, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.

Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction, legal, or arbitration sectors.

Skills:

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills, English and ARABIC
  2. Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
  3. Familiarity with construction contracts, claims management, and arbitration processes
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Other: Willingness to travel and attend client meetings as required.
