Position Overview:
As a Brand Promoter for a medical product and service in Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibility will be to represent and promote the company's offerings to healthcare professionals, institutions, and potential customers across the region. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, fostering relationships, and driving sales within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
- Act as the face and voice of the company in Saudi Arabia, embodying its values and mission.
- Conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times, maintaining a positive image for the brand.
Promotion and Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the medical product and service.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, conferences, and workshops to showcase the product's features and benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
Relationship & Customer Success Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers.
- Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- On ground support for customer inquiries
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the medical product and service.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams regarding market dynamics and customer preferences in Saudi Arabia.
Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals to ensure they are knowledgeable about the product's usage and benefits.
- Stay updated on clinical research and advancements related to the medical product and service, sharing relevant information with stakeholders.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics specific to the Saudi Arabian market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or promotion within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is typically required, with additional languages considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and other GCC as needed.
