**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and approach international hotels for potential partnerships.

- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.

- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.

- Flexibility with work timings to accommodate international business interactions.

- MBA degree or equivalent qualification.

**Additional Information:**

- Travel experience preferred.
