- Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in real estate and property management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate sector and possess a graduate certificate in a relevant field.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and property management markets.- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners.
Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business networks.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and property management industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property management practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
