General Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for clients real estate management company in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for attracting clients, selling real estate properties, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek potential clients and partners in the Dubai and international real estate market.
• Conduct presentations and showcase real estate properties in the market.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals with clients.
• Utilise various communication channels to attract and retain clients (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Analyse the real estate market, track trends, and competitive environment.
• Provide sales and market activity reporting to company management.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in Dubai real estate markets.
• Fluent in both English.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and stress conditions.
• Persuasion and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its intricacies is a plus.
