The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:
Ensure best in class customer experience through compelling category assortment,
strong site merchandising, world-class PDP's, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge
of consumer journeys for your category.
Ensure Category growth through expanding Assortment, price leadership, Key
partnerships, on-time launches and Category Monetization
Identify, negotiate, and onboard partners/sellers that add value to the overall category
offering
Manage key partnerships & ensure they grow month-on-month by addressing gaps in
their listing, price disparities against offline/online competition & healthy inventory cover
Inventory planning & management to ensure availability of top products & brands at all
times
Build alternative revenue streams through multiple avenues from sellers & brands -onsite
brand marketing, brand ads , innovative digital campaigns , co-marketing campaigns etc.
Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal and
external business partners to drive best shopping experience
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Background in sports field / sports category
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of
an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining
sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to
use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
