Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team! As a Business Development Executive, the candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. The candidate should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. He/she should have evidence of vital skills and good negotiation skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts
• Attend networking events to attract and retain clients
• Develop and Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit as per defined timelines

Requirements and qualifications:

• 3+ years purely in Business Development
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• F1 passion and strong knowledge
• Commission-driven with a passion for excelling on-track earnings over salary
• Driving license
• Native or professional-level English Language Skills
