  • Role Overview:

We seek a motivated Business Development Head with 5+ years of experience in email marketing and LinkedIn Sales navigation. The ideal candidate has a creative agency background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in closing clients.

  • Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities using email marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Efficiently execute business strategies that are in line with organizational objectives

Build relationships with prospective clients and evaluate partnerships with the existing clients and other stakeholders

Leads sales, marketing, and client relationship management team

Draft proposals and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Maintain and grow existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the founder and team on innovative strategies for expanding our client base.

Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.

Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.

Propose and develop strategic partnerships.

Help to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.

Provide advice on product development distribution and promotion strategies.

Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts. Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.

Travels to vendor locations, distribution centres, and other locations.

Fulfil requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.

Helps direct the development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.

  • Qualifications:

5+ years of business development experience, focusing on email marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Background in a creative agency setting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Creative thinker and team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 60,
  • 00 per month
