Qualifications

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Customer service experience and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner ( Not compulsory )

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field

- Is available for full time internship.

Additional skills that would be beneficial include experience in data analysis, a passion for the service industry, and a desire to learn about business development and entrepreneurship.

Role description

1. Execute daily business operations and training processes

2. Daily Analysis of Supply/Quality Metrics to enhance customer experience with UC.

3. Resolving real-time partner concerns to improve partner happiness.

4. Coordinating with Multiple Teams within & outside the organization to deliver effective results

5. Work on the ground to devise Partner or Provider-level performance improvement plans & to develop better pool of supply for staff on-boarding

4. Time Duration: 4 - 6 months.

5. Only for Candidates with valid UAE visas (excluding visit visas)
