Job Description

Job Summary:

  • As a Business Development Manager in the IT sector, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base. You will be responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, conducting market analysis, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable business terms. Working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, you will ensure that client needs are met with innovative IT solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of modern technologies, and a proven track record in business development within the software or IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Growth Strategies:
  • Design and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, understand client needs, and analyze trends in the IT sector.
  1. Client and Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and expand the network of potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions.
  1. Proposal Preparation and Delivery:
  • Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership agreements to secure favorable terms.
  1. Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market opportunities, assess risks, and forecast potential returns.
  1. Partnership Management:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners and suppliers.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and strengthen partnerships.
  1. Revenue Achievement:
  • Set clear sales and revenue targets and work diligently to achieve them.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on progress, project outcomes, and contract performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development within IT or software companies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern technologies, software solutions, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and identifying business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
