The new Business Development team at OMNIYAT will build and nurture relationships with our broker partners in order to collaborate and achieve collective goals. Be part of a new team and bring fresh new ideas as you pave the path to success.

The Role:

  • Identify, Engage and On-board future brokers for OMNIYAT.
  • Be the first line of support to the Brokers for all Training, Marketing Materials, Collaterals and Communications.
  • Provide unwavering support and guidance to OMNIYAT'S brokers, to ensure they hit their sales targets.
  • Organize and conduct regular Sales review meetings.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support the collective Sales targets.

Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry.
  • Extensive Broker network.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
