Business Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ALAQTAR. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring our business development activities and strategies. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify new business channels, identify lucrative opportunities, and seek expansion of existing business relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development plans based on market research and analysis to meet or exceed strategic business objectives.
Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, landowners, governmental entities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to create networking opportunities.
Analyze market research results, customer analysis, industry studies, and reports to identify new market segments and potential opportunities.
Evaluate business opportunities and assess compatibility with ALAQTAR's capabilities, strengths, and competitive advantage.
Study potential business partners, analyze their capabilities, and evaluate the value they may add to ALAQTAR's business lines.
Track competitors activities, business lines, and delivered services to identify new opportunities for utilizing ALAQTAR's capabilities and gaining competitive advantage.
Utilize ALAQTAR's business plan and opportunistic business models to source deals and opportunities aligned with the company's vision.
Review and validate proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
Manage and update the business development database containing information on previous, current, and potential opportunities and partners.
Attend industry-related events, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and trade shows to explore new markets and territories.
Stay informed about new technologies, products, and opportunities to provide recommendations for enhancing ALAQTAR's capabilities.
Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or related roles.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
