The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the construction industry and must be fluent in Arabic.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet company targets.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the construction industry.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
