Aventus are partnered with a leading organisation who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager who not only already has a strong network of but will also drive the acquisition of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) interested in obtaining citizenship or residency through investment.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and attract HNWIs for citizenship or residency through investment
- Propose pricing, sales strategies, and promotional campaigns to ensure the program's visibility and success.
- Build strategic relationships with individuals ideally from financial services backgrounds such as wealth managers, private banks, and investment advisors to generate leads.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing continuous support throughout the visa application process.
- Represent global business forums and industry events to network and establish partnerships with high-profile clients and organizations.
- Proactively identify and engage potential HNWIs looking to invest in residency programs.
- Collaborate with external consultants, law firms, and private client advisors to create tailored offers for clients.
- Leverage digital marketing channels and personalized outreach to expand the client base.
- Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are conducted in full compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for residency by investment programs.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, lead generation, and program success.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, wealth management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience preferred in wealth management, private banking, or investment sales, with a focus on HNWIs.
- Proven experience in business development and sales in the financial services sector, particularly in citizenship/residency by investment programs.
- Strong network within wealth management and private banking sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
