- Minimum of 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry, with 7 years of experience in a managerial position
- Previous Oil and Gas upstream processes experience is required
- Previous technical Oil and Gas industry knowledge is required
- Previous Business Development experience is required
- Extensive knowledge of Artificial Lift products and services.
- Extensive business skills necessary to evaluate markets and develop specific Business Development strategies for acquisition of additional business opportunities.
- Extensive knowledge of business plans, customer requirements, and market demands.
- Excellent communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Ability to recognize and solve problems of a highly complex nature
Education and Certifications
- A bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required
