Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management. This role requires an ambitious professional who can identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients, including preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development plans and strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product offerings.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities and a well-established network of contacts in the industry.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve problems creatively and effectively.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
