Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Limco Logistics. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve regular travel within Dubai and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and logistics services
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
