Echelle Interiors, a leading boutique architecture, interior design, and fit-out consultancy in Doha, Qatar, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. We work on high-end projects in some of Qatar's most luxurious neighborhoods, transforming commercial, residential, and retail spaces.
What You'll Do:
- Generate New Business: Identify and engage with potential clients, including real estate development companies, private landowners, engineering consultants, and government entities, to secure new projects.
- Lead Management: Manage and populate the CRM system with leads and contacts, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Client Interaction: Attend meetings with prospective clients, present our services, and effectively communicate to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace products.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and industry professionals.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
