Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Hoehler + alSalmy. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the region , building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with the design and architecture teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry
• Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the architectural or engineering industry
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• One of the key qualifications for this role is experience in Saudi Arabia.
