The client is a tech-driven hospitality company, specializing in luxury holiday homes and vacation rentals. They are redefining the short-term rental market by offering high-end accommodations with exceptional guest services. Their innovative approach blends cutting-edge technology with personalized hospitality to provide unique and seamless stays. As they expand their operations, they are currently hiring a Business Development Manager to join their Dubai team.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on acquiring new high-end properties and fostering strong relationships with homeowners. Youll play a key role in onboarding luxury holiday homes, guiding homeowners through the process, and ensuring seamless communication between homeowners and the company's various teams. This role is vital in maintaining homeowner satisfaction and ensuring the properties are optimally managed and marketed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving property acquisition by meeting potential homeowners and spearheading proactive outreach efforts
  • Showcasing the companys premium services to homeowners, highlighting the ease, security, and lucrative returns
  • Supporting holiday home licensing approvals and guiding homeowners through a smooth onboarding journey
  • Facilitating clear and ongoing communication between homeowners and internal departments to resolve any concerns
  • Delivering exceptional, personalized support to homeowners, ensuring swift responses and solutions
  • Acting as the trusted link between homeowners and the property service team for all maintenance and repairs
  • Conducting annual assessments of properties, recommending upgrades that enhance appeal and value
  • Reviewing rental website listings and management software, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
  • Leading quarterly performance reviews with homeowners, providing insights on rental returns and property conditions
  • Partnering with the Rate Manager to explain pricing strategies, ensuring homeowners are confident in our approach
  • Managing homeowner accounts, reviewing statements, and resolving any billing-related inquiries
  • Ensuring all homeowner accounts are current, with any outstanding invoices addressed promptly
  • Coordinating inspections before homeowners arrive, ensuring properties are pristine and guest-ready

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, customer service, or account management
  • Previous experience in UAE real estate is a strong plus
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach with an eye for detail and strategy
  • Ability to take initiative and manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Confident in engaging with senior management, external stakeholders, and homeowners alike
  • Warm, persuasive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and results
  • Strong decision-making skills, staying calm under pressure, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with sharp commercial acumen
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport
  • A professional, polished demeanor with the ability to navigate high-level conversations
  • Adaptable and open to evolving business needs and objectives
  • Based in Dubai with some travel required
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
