Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 25+ years across 10 countries, are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join them.
The role is based in Dammam, KSA, and will cover areas of (not limited to) Jeddah, Dammam and other surrounding regions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner
- Keep track of sales and inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients
- Stay updated on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate them to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the bakery and pastry domain
- Strong understanding of the KSA HoReCa market in bakery ingredients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel across Dammam, Jeddah and neighboring regions for client visits and business meetings
- Valid driver's license
