Job Description

We are pleased to be supporting an exciting creative agency that creates exceptional physical and digital experiences as they look to hire a driven business development manager to fuel their growth strategy. So, if you're great at spotting opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals, we want to speak to you!

Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new projects and opportunities.
  • Engage with potential leads and contacts.
  • Lead meetings and presentations to win business.
  • Create and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Work with marketing to manage social media and content.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a design or creative agency in the Middle East.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Drivers license

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Tier A agencies, real estate, and government sectors.
  • Know digital media and creative technology.
  • Skilled in social media management and content creation.
  • Goal-focused and independent team player.

Salary circa 18-22k per month plus commission (OTE 45k per month)
