Business Development Manager, Law Firm

A top-tier law firm seeks a skilled and strategic Business Development Manager to join its Dubai office. This role is primarily pitch-focused with no direct client-facing responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the M&A and Dispute Resolution teams in the Middle East and North America. You will support partners and teams by crafting high-quality proposals and driving business development strategies.

The Role:

• Lead the preparation of tailored, high-quality pitches, proposals and capability statements.
• Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with the firm's branding and messaging.
• Work closely with practice groups, sector teams and the global business development team to leverage expertise and resources.
• Perform research and analysis on client targets and sector developments relevant to the team within MENA to spot trends and BD opportunities.

To Qualify:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and proposal management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven experience in developing and managing high-quality pitches and proposals.
• Knowledge of the Middle East market and familiarity with the legal sector is advantageous.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
