Experience: 10 to 12 years (UAE Experience Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with extensive experience in logistics and a deep understanding of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand business reach and capabilities.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and partnerships to drive business growth.

Market Expansion:

  • Lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence in the UAE.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and sectors within the logistics industry.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Set performance targets and monitor progress against goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on sales logistics.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with multinational logistics companies.

Knowledge of UAE's logistics infrastructure and regulatory environment.

Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
