Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage Community Based Doctors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors and healthcare organizations.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular visits to medical practices to present Novomed's surgical services.
- Organize and participate in networking events and conferences.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to doctors.
- Monitor and analyze referral patterns to identify trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and community-based doctors.
- Background in the medical field is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel.
