Optimway is a leading company in the IT Solution industry, located in Qesm El Nozha. We have extensive experience in managing IT teams and providing professional security planning services. Despite the challenges brought by the Coronavirus pandemic, we successfully completed over 18 projects in 2020, receiving excellent feedback from our clients. Our client base has grown by more than 75% in the past year, which demonstrates our commitment to trustworthy and secure partnerships.

As a full-time hybrid Business Development Manager at Optimway, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass:

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.

2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

4. Sales and Promotion: Promote Optimway's IT solutions and services effectively to potential clients.

5. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop strategic plans that drive business growth and expansion.

6. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet client requirements.

7. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

8. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating leads

- Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams.

- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships.

- CRM (Client Relationship Management): Proficiency in managing and nurturing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

- Driven by achieving results, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal attainment.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also capable of working independently when required.

- Familiarity with the IT Solutions industry is a plus

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for business development roles.
