Business Development Manager (Packaging Sector Only)

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join an amazing team as Business Development Manager. This role is vital for the growth and expansion of our client business across KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in flexible packing and corrugated cartons and possess strong strategic, analytical and leadership skills.

• Education, Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales or Marketing.

• Industry experience in flexible packing and corrugated cartons is required.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in preparing and presenting business analysis and performance reports.

• Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to expand the business across KSA, identifying new market opportunities and potential business partners.

• Conduct comprehensive market studies to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using this information to drive business decisions.

Evaluate new business ideas and opportunities against company criteria to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

• Develop targeted long-term business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Guide the production team to ensure optimal utilization of existing resources, focusing on the best product mix to maximize efficiency and output.

• Provide strategic direction and support to the sales team, identifying and pursuing high-potential business opportunities.

Coordinate all sales and marketing activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and effective execution of campaigns.

• Prepare and present periodic business analysis reports and quarterly performance reports to the management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in creating accurate and reliable forecasts to guide business planning and decision-making.

• Develop and implement plans to achieve business growth targets, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
