Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Analyse the media landscape in Saudi Arabia to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, advertisers, and content creators
- Business Strategy: Create and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue streams
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and digital platforms
- Client Proposals: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients, showcasing our media services and solutions
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse sales performance metrics to adjust strategies and optimize results
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to close deals and secure contracts
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development progress and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in business development within the media sector, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape, including digital, broadcast, and print channels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic
