Role overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be entirely focused on closing new business deals and will be responsible for building and developing your own pipeline.
What you'll get to do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, financial directors, or decision-makers of gold importing and wholesale companies
- Understand the unique FX challenges faced by gold importers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to integrate Hubpay's FX and payment solutions into clients treasury operations
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the precious metals supply chain, focusing on wholesale and import businesses
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities that benefit our clients bottom line
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on key account performance
What you've done so far
- ESSENTIAL: Demonstrable track record of managing corporate relationships within the precious metals industry
- Proven experience in FX sales with established relationships with decision-makers in gold importing and wholesale companies
- Deep understanding of treasury operations and FX needs specific to precious metals importers and wholesalers
- Strong network within the UAE/GCC precious metals import and wholesale sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English.
