Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager specializing in ERP Implementation and Support Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning ERP implementation and support projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, relationship building, and solution selling within the ERP domain. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our ERP services portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue ERP implementation and support services opportunities.
  2. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business owners.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solution architects, and project managers, to develop customized ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
  5. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  7. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the ERP space.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our ERP capabilities and brand.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or consulting roles within the ERP industry.
  2. Strong understanding of ERP systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Experience working with ERP vendors, systems integrators, or consulting firms.
  2. Experience selling ERP implementation and support services to mid-market and enterprise clients.
