Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing advisory team at Reliant Surveyors. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in real estate and a passion for expanding their industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their needs.

Update and manage client information in the CRM system, ensuring all inquiries and negotiations are accurately

Represent the Reliant Surveyors brand professionally, maintaining a motivated and polished appearance.

Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless, high-quality advisory services.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, economics, finance, or business.

Minimum 5-7 years real estate experience

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal communication and numerical skills.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.

Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.

Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Commitment and determination to investigate thoroughly and seek out information necessary for the accurate valuation of property.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Ability to work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.

Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.

Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
