Job Description:
Rosenheim Luxury Properties is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the real estate property management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate property management market.
2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including property owners, investors, and developers.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Rosenheim Luxury Properties.
7. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of service with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
8. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform business strategies and decision-making.
9. Represent Rosenheim Luxury Properties at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network.
10. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development efforts, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the real estate property management industry, preferably in Dubai or the broader UAE market.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including knowledge of property management practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
