Job Description

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships to drive our agency's growth. You will be working closely with the creative, and project management teams to create compelling pitches for potential clients and to improve our business offerings based on market trends and client feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Developed and implement lead generation and new business follow-through
  • Generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Respond to RFPs, write business proposals, and any other new business material.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Support senior staff in their business development efforts.
  • Work closely with the creative and project management teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare presentation timelines and provide pitch updates for team members.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to new business processes.
  • Provide business development reports to the senior management team.
  • Represent the agency at industry events & conferences.
  • Remain in constant pursuit of excellence. Continuously raise the bar for yourself and the team.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience.
  • Proven experience to negotiate and successfully close business deals swiftly.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Can handle multiple projects at the same time and wear multiple hats.
  • Social skills, team player, and well-organized.
  • Ability to cultivate strong partnership relationships.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills; Fluent English and Arabic.
  • Experience in dealing with corporate businesses.
  • You should be currently based in Dubai.
  • Focused and goal-oriented
