Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the steel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and securing contracts that will drive the growth of our steel work and steel structure building factory.

Key Responsibilities:


Market Research & Strategy:

o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the steel manufacturing industry.

o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key markets and sectors, including construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

o Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

o Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

o Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and requirements.

Contract Negotiation & Closing:

o Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with the company's business objectives and profitability targets.

Ensure that all contracts are executed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

o Collaborate with internal teams, including production and finance, to ensure smooth execution of contracts and timely delivery of products.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

o Meet and exceed sales targets, both in terms of revenue and contract acquisition.

o Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to senior management, captured and managed through the CRM system.

o Track and analyze sales performance metrics within the CRM system to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,
  • 00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
  • business development manager: 5 years (Preferred)
* Steel construction: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:
  • Hindi, Arabic, English, Russion (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
  • 50% (Preferred)
