Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role at Testing Geeks. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales. The role will involve conducting market research, identifying potential clients, presenting and promoting our services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role based in Giza, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong knowledge of offshoring and outsourcing services in software industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to build the teams, managing and training them
• Fluency in English
• MBA holders are preferable
